  Amazing location, great views, spacious villas, so close to the beach can just walk there! Ample parking (under restaurant too) so convenient with bistro onsite. And other cafes and iGA nearby too. Only wish the floors were cleaned better- felt dusty and sandy ( before we went to beach and we took shoes off at the door) . Needed a good sweep and mop. Free Wifi thanks s weak, own phone connection is even worse here unless you are with Telstra!
  
  Also, found a pair of news shoes under the curtains in one of the bedrooms. Ladies side comb next to the couch. Does this mean place no swept /mopped properly?

  A friend and I recently stayed in a Villa Unit, which was well located with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay very much. My comments to follow are written as positive feedback, which we believed management needed to be aware. These comment have been expressed in reviews, written by others, sadly they persist.
  
  There was no light bulb in the lamp in the main bedroom, and the Unit was in dire need of a good (below the surface clean) for example, the exhaust fan, blinds, floors all needed to be cleaned, and cob webs removed.

  The food was not that good and over priced for what it was. I had fish and chips. The fish had more batter than fish and was a lot more expensive than other places around here, which actually have better fish and chips
  The drinks are way overpriced compared to other places around the area. The cheapest bottle of wine was $43 and none of it was sold by the glass.
  Other places around the area I can get a very decent bottle of wine for $20 - $25
  The only thing good was the view and with good company who cares about the view. Very disappointing

  I think for the price, I will never return. Reception closes at 6, my bedside tables didnt work, the room wasn’t clean when I arrived and the gentlemen that served us at the restaurant was quite rude. Was told top shelf was Bombay gin as well. They didn’t even have regular four pillars. Overall disappointed in the venue. Especially when we booked three villas.
